Sales, Refunds & Chargebacks

This policy applies to all purchases on asksim.ai, including free-will ministry offerings (portions) and any related paid upgrades. The merchant of record / operating company is Loved Scents LLC.

1. What you are buying

Ministry offerings are prepaid free-will digital support for AskSim, measured in portions on a ministry balance. The balance draws down as you use talk, Scripture teaching sessions, voice, avatars, and related features. Offerings help pay third-party technology that powers the experience and keep Scripture Hall and Sunday sermons online. A ministry offering is not:

• a church tithe or tax-deductible church gift (unless separately established by law);
• cash or a bank balance;
• an investment, security, or instrument with returns;
• transferable or redeemable for money;
• required to receive the gospel or belong to Christ.

2. All sales are final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except where a mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for offering purchases, unused portions, accidental purchases, change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, or unused features. Once portions are delivered to your account, the sale is complete.

3. Why refunds are limited

Using ministry portions triggers immediate or near-term costs to third-party services when you use chat, voice, avatars, and related features. Digital portions are delivered instantly. For that reason, purchases are non-refundable to the maximum extent allowed by law.

4. Credit card chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to file an improper chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate, delivered Learning Fuel purchase. If you believe there was unauthorized use of your card, contact your bank promptly and email admin@asksim.ai so we can help secure the account.

Filing a chargeback after receiving Learning Fuel, without first contacting us about a genuine billing error, may result in suspension of the account and pursuit of amounts owed, including chargeback fees, to the extent permitted by law and card network rules.

We cooperate with card networks and Stripe in fraud and dispute investigations. We may provide logs showing account delivery of Learning Fuel and usage.

5. Billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same successful checkout, or charged without Learning Fuel delivery due to a technical failure on our side, contact us within 14 days at admin@asksim.ai with the receipt or Stripe payment reference. We will investigate in good faith and correct verified errors (credit gallons or refund that specific error charge).

6. Parents and authorized payers

If you allow a minor to use a card or account you control, you are responsible for those purchases. Parent approval of an under-18 account does not create a refund right beyond this policy.

7. Taxes

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes as calculated by our payment processor.
